I look in the back
of the poetry reading
looking for Aaron
12 years later it's his ghost
as his son reads from up front

"That's a great question"
he has said after each one
yet I believe him
knowing how he loves questions
how thrilled he is to get them

"I probably love
my dad's poetry more than
any in the world."
