More On Stories

I continue to think about stories. We make up  stories for other people and imagine their lives so strongly that when they show or tell us what their life is truly like we don't take it in and choose to stick to our story of their lives. Listen to what I'm saying here, I think it's important (and it's part of my story)- because we are much much much much much more helpful to each other when we let them live and share their story as it is, when we take that in, rather than writing our own version of their story.  

People have stories of my life and I have stories of other people's lives.  We should really stop.  We should sit, listen, and be.  May we be so blessed.
