Testing

Sometimes I write poems during tests
Due to the circumstances, they're never my best
Tests seem to be like a type of pollution
More problem - less solution

Education seems poorly defined
When grades matter over mind
Teaching is living, of this I'm pretty sure
We are all teachers plain and pure

Formal education has a way to go
If it is to help us truly grow
Teachers need to ask, "What am I doing this for?"
"How can I be kinder? Can I do more?"
