Another Short Korach Thought

At the end of Parshat Korach a proof is offered that Aharon was chosen when flowers produce almonds on his staff. Rav Moshe Feinstein said that the flowers remaining on Aharon's staff even after the almonds appeared (usually blossoms fall off when the fruit appears) teaches a deep lesson. Often in life we think the end is all that matters. Not so with that matter. Process is key.

This fits was something I've been thinking about a lot lately - and always. The importance of the process in learning as opposed to focusing only on grades, rigid lecture-ey lessons, tests, etc.
