equivocate (intransitive verb); To be deliberately ambiguous or unclear in order to mislead or to avoid committing oneself

She is charming at first

till she grates on your nerves

I speak of my equivocation

or maybe I don’t

As I put off going to sleep

I ask when I have taken a stand

And I hope that tomorrow I will

say more than that life is complicated

I am always pleased to come here and find that you are still writing. You are one of the old timers, but in a good way.
