after someone dies
it feels like a lifetime passed
since that day it did
somewhat insecure
a bit unsure and broken
you and i can talk
it is hard to talk
from different constellations
even when you shout

the first three words fit as a title. thanks. thanks too for the high praise. i like this one, it came from a moment of inspiration. i said that it felt like a long time since my friend told me that another friend lost her mother. my friend replied, "i wonder how long ago it feels for that friend?" maybe i should take this one offline - save it for book. it's precious to me.
