Huh? It's completely true right now! Look at how we live. Tefillah, Torah, tzedakah, mitzvos. It's all remembering and living His Name. I'm always proud when I read these words.
We mumble the words again and again We beg His kind mercy without shame "Through it all we've remembered Your name," we protest Was this ever true, I wonder If if not now, then when?

QUESTIONS
"again and again" or "over and again?"
"We ask for" or "We request"
"Your name" or without quotes and His name? (Name?)
"I wonder when this was true?" or "I wonder if this was true?"
I think it has been true intil we got too comfortable in galus.
I think the "comfortable in galus thing" is a recurring pattern.

Re. the questions. Here's my suggestion:
We mumble the words again and again
We beg His kind mercy without shame
"Through it all we've remembered Your name," we protest
Was this ever true, I wonder
If if not now, then when?
