As Long As I'm Alive

I am a seeker
and I connect with seekers.
Are you a seeker?
There is beauty in seeking.
In seeking there is finding

I have been seeking most of my adult life. I hope never to stop.

Don't stop seeking. And - "don't stop believing." Tat Journey song has made a comeback. Students of mine were talking about it and that usually means one thing - it was used in a movie or TV show. I asked. TV show.

But seriously, seeking is the way to go in my mind. There are people who seem to not have that gene or do and aren't in touch with it (maybe have allowed that sparlk to be buried) and I have a hard time connecting with them...

Seek, seek,
in stillness
A cool place,
clear water,
a bell
Waiting
for the day

I've been wondering why I've been hearing "Don't Stop Believing" recently. Which show?

Thanks. Thanks.

It's called Glee. You can see the characters from the show singing it on Youtube, but I wouldn't advise it.

To be a seeker is one thing. To be a discoverer is even better. Hope that you make some wonderful discoveries throughout your lifetime, Neil. And hope that people make wonderful discoveries about you, too. Such is my blessing for you.

What a lovely blessing, I'll take it as a good sign that I saw your words right after you wrote them. Thank you so much Pearl. I do believe that there is discovery within the seeking itself, but then there is also discovery beyond. I bless you to continue to seek and find and to be sought and found.
