Yes!It reminds me a bit of the medrash of G-d asking different attributes what he should do when man errs... If I recall correctly (I read it as a kid in the introduction to the Artscroll Yonah) Justice says man should die and Mercy says let him do Teshuvah...
It also reminds me of the story about four friends with interesting names. The end of the story is that "Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done."
