My Post Pesach Chiddush

Mitzvah habah leyadchah al tachmitzanah. Just thought of a vort on this: Don't make it bloated, show offy, phoney like chametz - rather humble, simple, real - like matzah.)

I LOVE this.....

It reminds me of the vort on Parshat Shmini - Vayikra 9:22. Why does the Torah need to tell me that Aharon came down from doing the Chataat, the Olah and the Shlamim? Perhaps as you say: what happens after a mitzva is performed is so important: no gaava, etc. (I believe the Mesilat Yesharim says something similar...).

It's similar to what Rav Aharon Cohen (one of the founders of Yeshivat Chevron) said in one of his drashot that I saw summarized in Parparot LaTorah, Menachem Becker) that the Torah is telling us that Aharon had the same simcha after doing the mitzva as he did during the mitzva itself.
